The Tax Free Shopping service offers VAT refund on goods purchased for personal use by foreign tourists who are non-EU nationals.
Tax Free Shopping in Bulgaria is available in accordance with Ordinance N-12 from 24.08.2006 of the Ministry of Finance and the VAT Act on refund of VAT paid by individuals who do not reside in the territory of the Community for goods purchased in Bulgaria for personal use.
